Front Breakfall

Practice with caution to avoid injury

When performing the front breakfall, the arms should form a triangle and impact pressure should be disbursed evenly through the palm and forearm. The body should be floating as if in a push-up position and head turned to the side.

The breakfall system is used to teach the beginner how to reduce injury when falling. Once the core understanding of the technique is achieved, it evolves with the practitioner's understanding to include additional application.
